Dr. Phil Wright-Grant
A U.S. Army veteran with four overseas tours, Dr. Wright-Grant spent 20+ years in senior executive leadership across aerospace, defense, and logistics, including as Executive Director of the Regional Manufacturers and Supply Chain Association, serving Florida's manufacturing industry. He holds a DBA in Economics, an MBA in Operations Management, and is Six Sigma certified.
He serves as a Boots to Business instructor for the U.S. Small Business Administration, a member of the Florida Supply Chain Council, and chairs multiple leadership programs in SWFL. Through RallyPoint Advisors, a veteran-owned SDVOSB firm based in Naples, FL, he delivers leadership development, management and business consulting, strategic planning, program and project management, corporate training, and public speaking — bringing the same operating discipline to every engagement that he once applied to running the mission itself.
